Energetic, unpredictable and fun!

Three words to describe your AW12 collection:
Inverted, sharp and rich.

What were your inspirations behind the AW12 collection?
My AW2012 collection was inspired by Rachel Whiteread’s use of negative space and sculpture.

We love the AW12 prints. Which has been your favorite print across all of your season’s collections?
My most successful print has been from the “Spined” collection called the “Stained print”. It sold out in all my shops pretty fast, but I would have to say the new one coming is by far my favourite.

What has been your highlight within your work life in the last 6 months?
The past couple of months have been very busy. We did our first Resort collection and at the same time collaborated with Lancôme, which was really exciting as I was commissioned to design their Genifique bottle exclusively for Selfridge’s Big Bang.

What’s your favourite city?
London is my favourite city! I’ve been to quite a few but this has to be the best one!

Where’s your favourite London hot spot?
I love going to The Oak on the weekend on Columbia Road.

What most excites you about womenswear?
Womenswear is so diverse. There are no design restrictions.

You have a great celebrity following with the likes of Florence Welsh often being spotted in Georgia Hardinge. Is there a celebrity who you would love to dress but haven’t had a chance to yet?
Jennifer Connolly she is my ultimate woman!
